LOCAL UNIT OFFICER'S FORM
To ensure up-to-date information from West Virginia PTA, local units should provide a new local unit officer form to the state office any time officers change. Every local unit is required to submit an updated local unit officer form by July 1st, of each year to remain a unit in good standing.
Our preferred method is to update your officer contacts in Givebacks. Contact your Regional Director for assistance. Or please fill out the local unit officer form so all of your unit officers receive up-to-date information from West Virginia PTA.
